Friends Of Pembroke (FOP)
The Friends Of Pembroke group (our version of PTA) is made up of families from the school community. Our vision for the FOP is to be an invaluable addition to the school and drive inclusivity at all levels. We aim to remove barriers, bridge the gap and help anyone who needs it. We will commit to subsidising events so that everyone has equal access to opportunities and we will raise money to fund resources and events to support all the children. We are stronger together! We aim to promote a strong 'Pembroke Primary' community.

Meet The Team
Janine- Chairperson
Hi, I’m Janine, Chair of Friends Of Pembroke. I'm a mum of two boys, Oscar who is in Year 1 and Isaac who is 18 months old. I've worked in retail management most of my life before moving into hospitality management after Oscar was born.
I am very proud of the work we've done to get the PTFA going and the money we've raised so far. I'm excited to see what the next year holds as we leave this Covid challenge behind us.
I'm looking forward to a time where we can share stories and drink coffee together!

Sarah- Secretary
Hi my name is Sarah and I am delighted to be able to support the PTFA as Secretary. I currently have 3 children in the school and my hope is that as a PTFA we can enrich all the children's school experience with additional funds for trips or equipment that maybe needed.
I have worked in education for my whole career and I am currently working in a local school, which I absolutely love.
My interests are gardening, reading and spending time with my family.
As a PTFA we all want to be approachable and welcome all new ideas as we all have a vested interest in the school.

Tracey - Treasurer
Hi, I’m Tracey, treasurer for Friends of Pembroke and mum to Rufus, our 6 year old firecracker in the brilliant ALC.
It's less than a year since we secured Registered Charity status for Friends Of Pembroke.
We started socially distanced efforts to raise some funds and make connections with parents, teachers, guardians and businesses in our school community.
I am so proud of what we have all achieved so far and now, with more relaxed Covid-19 rules, I am looking forward to meeting more parents, carers and guardians this school year and collaborating to raise the bar even higher! #strongertogether
Miss Wilson
Hi! I'm Miss Wilson, the school staff representative for the Friends Of Pembroke Team.
I have worked at Pembroke for almost 11 years. My favourite part of my job is organising events for our Pembroke families to enjoy (hopefully, we can again soon!)
I am a big coffee drinker who loves going for walks, bike rides and trips to the beach.
